LiveInk User Input Form UI/UX design (Figma)

In this project, I wireframed an interactive "fillable" form for customers at fairs and events to submit their name, phone number, and three (3) icons that they would like to see printed on a hat.

Before the programming could come together, however, I started with a Figma mockup of the UI/UX, to get an idea of the layout and colors.
